The Mission of ECCAIRS
"The mission of ECCAIRS is to assist National and European transport entities in collecting, sharing and analysing their safety information in order to improve public transport safety".
We propose an innovative approach based on text-mining technologies to improve the processing of accident and incident reports which allows to :
• Verify the quality of coding for a corpus of already coded reports
• Assist online or batch coding
• Analyse report narratives based on weak signals.
